So I have made the crazy decision of doing my arrangements for my wedding. I want to have flowers as the focal point but was amazed at how crazy the prices are. Here’s my first try for my tall arrangement, I plan to use it in the altar for the ceremony. What do you gals think? 🙂

Love the flowers and I love the vase but I don’t like them together. I’m not sure why. Maybe the vase is too thick?

I like it and appreciate the simplicity of both items together.

It is very simple and tasteful, however I would consider some kind of simple filler or maybe a pretty garnish to give them a little “umph”

The arrangement is looking great! The height/style of the vase suits the look and where you want to use it, just wondering what it might look like in a solid ceramic vase of the same style? Cream/off white maybe?

if you’re going for height, I think your arrangement needs more height too. Right now you have a low and wide arrangement lifted up in the air, which is why I think it looks a little wierd. I’d add some tall elements, dotted throughout the centerpiece. I’d suggest something that will also add another texture to the mix–Eremurus, Larkspur, Monkshood, Snapdragon, Sweet Peas, Veronica.. or even willow branches! Not all of those come in white, but some certainly do!

Thanks bees for all the input. I will def try to put more height by making the stems a bit longer. And I do plan on making it more full and fluffy, I just ran out of flowers. Haha!
Not entirely sure about what to do with the vase though? I do like the simplicity but my dad said it needs branches. Lol! Maybe having the arrangement taller will make the difference.
