So this is my second post, I recently posted about my DIY stationary dilemma, and I got soo much feedback that I became inspired to post about my DIY Centerpiece dilemma. haha.
Basically I am exploring DIY centerpieces. I want something nice but clean cut so I think the assemble part won’t be hard, however I’m all over the place when it comes to flowers and vases.
So far for the vase I’m thinking trumpet vase, or eiffel tower vase.
For the flowers I’m thinking pomanders or a look-alike with bunches of flowers on the top
Also I’d like to include the crystals that hang aorund the vase (I can’t think of the name)
On the flip side, the other route i could go would be very simple cylinder like medium size vases with bunches of hydrengeas or short vases with full roses.
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy the vases/flowers/crystals online for cheap.
I want to make about 12 to 13 arrangements. I guess I’d like for each centerpiece to cost on average under $30.00. I don’t want to make them too expensive or overly done because guests will be taking them anyway. (Family tradition, people assume they are allowed to take them and I don’t wanna take any risks)
My wedding will be this fall and the colors are ivory, gold, taupe, and mocha/brown and burnt orange for accent colors (very minimal)
I’ll include some inspiration pictures I have been seeing via Pinterest.
