renting up lighting is extremely simple. you can get lights that have a scope on the which makes the light broad or fine. When itis broad you will use less Lights. you can also get from the rental company a thing called a gel which is colored and if you pick some natural color you can make a room completely transform. You can do more vibrant colors just dont go rainbow. Also if you want to get real fancy you can find out what kid of thight you are renting and ask if you can use a gobo in the light. A gobo an be customized with whatever you want and it will shine your design on a wall or floor or maybe do one for guests as they lease that says Thank you for coming! Heres some examples

@FutureMrsBess:  Oh gosh it really is the easiest and cheapest way to make an event! You’ll be happy you did it. You can rent them for as lttle as 10$/ light somtimes. I would suggest renting some and playing with them before hand just so you can figure our the look you are going for
