I got my template from Gartner.com, I bought trifold sheets from Office Depot and used their template.  This is what I made.

I used MS Word.  I bought rectangular (I think it was 4.5″ x 14″?) blank ivory cards that folded  into 4.5″ x 7″.  It was sort of a pain to make my own template and get the layout right, but I was happy with the way they turned out.  Our wedding stationery was ivory with dark brown font.  The save the dates had a green dandelion image, and the invitation suite had a soft orange poppy image.  So, I printed the programs in dark brown on ivory paper, and I bought rubber stamps and similar green and orange ink to add some color.  (I alternated so that half the programs had a green dandelion, and half had an orange flower.)

Wilton trifold and bifold programs come with a template- they’re both on Amazon or in craft stores.
