Where will your wedding be? If it will be in a place that is warm enough to have wildflowers blooming in March, then maybe you could make your bouquet out of wildflowers.

We also did a DIY wedding.

For centerpieces, we took wedding photos from our families and put them in mason jars with fake flowers. It was fun for people to go around and guess who the photos were of; we put the names on the bottom of each jar.

What kind of a feeling do you want your wedding to have?  Or theme?  How many people?   For Spring-what about daffodils, tulips? etc.

@leafgum: YES I suggest craigslist as well!! Just remember as youre going along to “Keep it Simple” Dont overthink everything! I just found out that my grandma has 20 of the blue quart mason jars and just came across a bunch of real burlap sacks in the basement! Its like a dream come true for my rustic wedding!!

we are going with purples as well. all shades. there will be liacs on the tables. my fav since i was a little girl

I DIY’d a lot for my wedding…check my page and let me know how I can help ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m also geting rid of most of my stuff if you’re interested…purple was my main “pop” color.
