Hi everyone! I’m buying my flowers from fiftyflowers and I’m trying to decide what I should get. Our wedding is in July and the venue is a small building in a meadow with a big mountain in the background. My dress is sequined and semi colourful. For the centerpieces I was planning to do 3 mismatched vases at each table with 4 candle votives similar to this and this. We have about 50 guests attending the wedding and there will be 6 to 8 tables plus some flowers on dessert tables, etc. I also intend to make my own bouquet and boutonniere for my fiance (no bridesmaids or groomsmen to worry about). First I would love opinions on whether these flowers mesh together and whether you have any suggestions about what if anything I should change and whether it will be enough for our small wedding. Here is what I intend to order:
White Blooming Spring Combo Pack (10 bunches)
Tweedia Flower Light Blue (5 bunches)
Feverfew Daisy (5 bunches)
Whimsical Garden Rose sample pack (24 stems) in the colours Rene Goscinny, Sherbert Orange and White blush
For the bouquet I was considering something similar to either this or this.
My fiance made this crappy photoshop of all the flowers together so we could see if they mesh well. Not all of these flowers would be used at once since I’m doing mini small arrangements also the scale is incredibly wrong.

npilon : The flowers are all very pretty, and the colors look great together.
To get the look for the second bouquet inspiration, you are going to have to trim away a lot of greenery. Which isn’t a big deal, but if you want that clean look with your centerpieces as well… It’s a big job. So make sure you allot enough time (and helpers) for that. Trimming was not something I had planned for when ordering my flowers. It took me 8 hours the day before the wedding to trim and dethorn. I ordered 750 stems, more than half were roses, which is what took me so long.

Really cute spring colors!! I suggest doing a bouquet similar to the first one and maybe have bridesmaids with the daisies only. I think some color would look better for the bride’s bouquet. I arranged my own flowers for my wedding too, and it was a lot of fun but a pain cutting the wires since I used silk flowers. I’m sure your bouquet will be beautiful. Good luck!

smoocheepoo : Thanks for the heads up! I was leaning more towards the bouquet of just daisys, especially since it seems like a lot less work!

ellsiepig : I love the idea with the colors! I think it would look great!
I am also using Fiftyflowers for the garden rose sample pack! It is such a great way to get variety and will look beautiful with everything.
