We’re using Just Press Play, which was recommended by other bees.  It’s not a full-on DJ, in that you provide the playlist and they provide the person and all the stuff.  But it’s very budget friendly, if you are willing to put in the time to set up the playlist.

I was going to post the exact same thing as AClaire.  We’re also using Just Press Play, it was recommended to us by our venue.  Although it will be more time on your end, since you create all the playlists for the DJ, he just MC’s and manages the playing of music, plus brings all the equipment necessary.  I think the time spent putting songs together is worth the cost.

We are using Sound Sonic. To be honest, they haven’t played at our wedding yet, so I can’t give a true review, but they have been great to work with and are quite affordable. They keep their prices low by relying on word of mouth and the other couples we talked to highly recommended them. Sound Sonic asked us a bunch of really insightful questions, such as how many of our guests are over 50? Under 30? which we appreciated. You might want to check them out.
