I looked for the same thing – great range of music, wouldn’t push any style on us, wouldn’t talk too much/loudly but also help us with timeline/transitions where necessary. Our DJ was awesome to work with, totally customized the tunes and read the crowd. We had older relatives and wanted to start with Motown/soul – he picked great stuff and we used our suggestions. he also did a great job with mic’ing the ceremony and music during cocktails, etc. Everybody raved about him – my best friend hired him for her wedding the following year, and they had somewhat different taste and it was still fantastic – he is adaptable.

Jeff Erwin based in Kittery ME (wedding was in Acadia, he will travel)

Sunday River is a beautiful place, I grew up just down the road.  By December there should be snow on the slopes (even if they have to make it!) for those white peaks in photo backgrounds.

One of my classmates from high school has a DJ business with his wife now. It’s called UR Way DJ.  They’re based in Mexico, ME (about 30 minutes from Sunday River). I haven’t heard him DJ a wedding, but he got good reviews at our class reunion – And trying to please a bunch of old classmates who are all back in a room for the first time in years & are trying to impress each other is a tall order! (and he has always been a nice guy.)

Like a lot of smaller local businesses, his online presence isn’t huge, but the company Facebook page is here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/UR-WAY-DJ/223984590997387
