Tonight we have a phone conference with our DJ. Just a little background info on them, they’re a husband + wife team that went to college with my Fiance. They moved to a neighboring city, and agreed to do our wedding for $500 for the entire night/sound system set up/uplighting… the whole bit!
My question is… what all do I need to have prepared for them? Do I need a complete song list ready to go? Do I need to walk them through where they’ll be set up or have an idea of instructions for them?
We are xactly 2 months away, so I have a lot of the specifics nailed down, but not EVERY detail and not sure what to pull together for them. So, brides who’ve met with the DJ before or already… what info did you already have pulled together?
