@Ms Tee-Off:  Aww man, my budget was $100 each since I was paying for them, and I think I knew about every single dress available in the world because I spent so much time looking for a deal online.

I found mine at anntaylor.com. They were between $35-55 each (I chose a variety of colors and styles). The regular prices on their dresses are upwards of 250, but they go on sale and regularly have exta 40% off sale items. They were non-returnable though, so I ordered everyone a few to try on in a very similar full price style (which was returnable) and then we knew the right sizes so I could snag them as soon as the sale went extra 50% off. Mine are short but they do have long options as well. The lucky part was finding everyone’s sizes, but that is where we got creative with the color and style each girl will wear. I think if you were willing to get them in the 100-150 range you wouldn’t have to be so concerned about size availability.

I also ordered some from target just to try. I was not super happy with the quality, but it might be worth ordering one just to see if you like it. I’ve seen picturs of ones that look much better than the particular dress I ordered.

Also if you’re willing to look at dresses not made for BMs, I found tons of options on 6pm.com that we got very close to choosing.

Good luck!

Mori Lee has fairly reasonable dresses in the $130-$150 range.

I found plenty of dresses in that price range and I had long Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. I went with DB because it was easier for all of my girls to get their dresses (they were skattered around the country) but I know there are other brands that are in that price range too.

Check Alfred Angelo! Their dresses range from $99-$179 and I constantly get emails that they’re having sales.

David’s Bridals are around $140. If you stalk some places like J Crew, sometimes they have dresses dip down into that price range.

Mine were also bought on AnnTaylor. I spent about $55 for $260 dresses that are normally full price. These are in their bridesmaids dress section, under sale. They have lots of great things all the time, and you have to be lucky with sizes but it worked out for me! I got 5 silver/grey dresses in sizes 2-16. None of my girls needed alterations!!

Eden, DaVinci, and Jordan have dresses around $100. Here’s a list of all of the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses that Wedding Shoppe Inc. carries under $150. We’re going through Dressilyme for ours, since I’m trying to keep costs low and we have a wide range of sizes to cover. For an extra $15, they’ll do custom sizing so that we won’t have to spend $$$$ on alterations.

@Ms Tee-Off:  I’d suggest not looking for “bridesmaids” dresses, persay. Look for pretty dresses that the girls can where to your wedding, but not on bridal sites.

@lanalnoco:  This. I gave my girls a colour and let them go crazy.  They can spend whatever they feel they can afford.

@Ms Tee-Off:  I only had one Maid/Matron of Honor and she got her dress on sale at Cache for only 79.00…..It was a steal!

I suggest looking at department stores as well. Bridal shops really mark them up and you can find dresses that work just as good outside of the bridal shops!

What color are you looking for?

Here is my MOHs 79.00 dress!

@Ms Tee-Off: Go to non bridal stores. ModCloth online or other department stores will most likely have dresses that you are looking for.
