I got the “matching” wedding band, but I have a simpler Tacori than a lot of what’s out there.  It was still definitely pricier than similar bands, but there’s side details that I love that I really wanted to match.

Um, yeah guess what I want for a big anniversary?

Luckily for DH, there is a “cheaper” one I would “settle” for. Cool

Kidding.

Actually, I was thinking about getting a sapphire band to stack with my set.  This one is white gold (and my set is platinum), but it might be fun to play around with:

I just received my matching Tacori band today!! I love that all of the designs match my e-ring, a little disappointed on how thin and fragile the band is but non the less BEAUTIFUL. I strongly suggest that if your Tacori e-ring has plenty of beautiful detail on it, you should go with the matching band ๐Ÿ™‚

@MrsCoachBtoBee: But of course!  Smile  I have had the hardest time getting good pictures of my ring…  They usually end up really blurry!  I feel like photos really don’t do Tacori rings justice. They’re so intricate & beautiful in person.

All of your rings are gorgeous, too!

(Sorry these pics are so big…  Yikes!)

Yes, I went with the matching Tacori band..only to be honest (and hope that DH never comes across this) I think that it was a bit too costly (5K eekkk!!) and I know we could’ve got a custom made or replica for much less!

@MrsCoachBtoBee: It think you could definitely find a jeweler to do a great recreation!  Maybe through online reviews, recommendations from friends, etc.  A good friend of mine had her engagement ring designed/crafted from scratch by a local jeweler, and it is one of the most gorgeous rings I’ve ever seen!  Beautiful.  (I know that’s different than designing a band to match your e-ring exactly, but I think you just have to find the right jeweler/design!)

I forgot to mention in my original post here that that is an option we’re considering, too.  I feel like I might kind of have an ethical problem with “knocking off” someone else’s work, though…  Maybe not.  Perhaps if we just talked to a jeweler about designing a perfectly complementary custom band for my ring & not exactly replicating the Tacori, that would work.

@MrsCoachBtoBee:  Yes it is eternity..another thing I could’ve done without.. My e-ring is only 1/2 eternity..My DH insisted on getting me the eternity band…again.. I wasn’t 100% for it becuase I thought it was just too much $.  So because of this extra cost, we had to get him a white gold tacori as opposed to platinum (his choice, I insisted he get platinum and I get 1/2 eternity..but he’s stubborn)
