I hate the way the wedding bands take away from my engagement ring so I may just not end up using the wedding bands. The bands were only 600 so it wouldn’t be a huge loss

lately I have been feeling the same way. I normally wear it with the 2bands one on each side. But I feel like the bands take away from the ering. Alone it looks bigger to me. I actually like it with the plain band more lately, it looks simple and doesn’t take away from the stones.

I like how it looks larger when worn without the wedding band. With nothing to detract from the center stone.

Although I do love my wedding band!

I always wanted to wear them together like my mom does. But then the engagement ring my husband bought me looks better by itself than together with a band. Plus, it’s a vintage blue diamond yellow gold ring, while we chose matching white gold bands as our wedding bands. Therefore, i wear my engagement ring on my right hand and my wedding band and an eternity band on top of it on my left hand.

i dont think it will be able to find a band to go with my e-ring as it is a tension set and it would take away from the floating stone affect. it would drive me nuts if the ring had a gap so if i were to get something it would have to be flush against the e-ring.

I prefer the ring that was given to me when we got engaged, by itself. In fact, I knew that before the wedding, so I didn’t even bother to get a band. Now I just call it my wedding ring!
