(Closed) do i have to dance with my father in law at my wedding?

i don’t think you have to! I do not really talk much with my future father-in-law, we are both quiet and shy, we get along fine, but i don’t think i will dance with him at the wedding, i am closer with my mother-in-law

You don’t have to dance with anyone you don’t want to-is there someone else you could dance with while Fiance and Mom dance? If not, just use that time to visit tables, etc.

You dont think you HAVE to do an inlaw dance though its a nice thing. Sorry you aren’t getting along with him!!

it shouldn’t seem rude, maybe dance with your mother-in-law? not a waltz or anything, just join her on the dancefloor ๐Ÿ™‚ if you are close with her of course, but it won’t look strange if your Fiance and your mom are on the dancefloor and you are visiting with guests ๐Ÿ™‚
