ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Think of how awkward and awful it would be for your future wife to have her in the bridal party. Under the circumstances, it’s completely irrelevant that she’s your sister. She called your fiance a bitch and refused to apologize. Why WOULD she be in the wedding?!?!

Case closed.

I agree.  I think your loyalty to your fiance trumps the fact that she’s your sister if she acts like this.

My sister also has little respect for myself or my SO, so she was not in my wedding. Easy decision.

Plenty of people, even those who have great relationships with their siblings, don’t have them in their wedding parties. Your mom is totally wrong on this one.

NOOOO.  You do not *have* to involve anyone you dont want in the wedding party.  Your fiance should include people SHE is close to, it would be SO awkward to have your sister in the bridal party when they dont even seem to get along or want to talk.
