    I would say yes because you never know who may have changed their mind, or whose plans may suddenly fall through.

    Etiquette-wise, yes.  Everyone who got a save the date should get an invite.  Personally I think it’s a nice “wish you could come!” gesture.

    I would say yes just to make sure. Assuming you send your save the dates months ago, some folks may have had a change of plans and could come now. That probably isn’t likely, but it could happen! And it seems like the polite thing to do.

    @infinity092813:  I would say mostly yes. Definitely I will send one to my FI’s grandparents who won’t be able to make it. If you have a friend who told you they can’t come I’m not necessarily sure that you have to, although ettiquette rules say you do.

    Yes, an invitation should be sent,nevertheless. As mentioned, it’s the appropriate thing to do and you never know if someone might have a change of plans.
