(Closed) Do I need an underskirt for this dress?

If you want your dres to have a little poof/flair out at the bottom then a crinoline would be needed but if you want it to be flat then no it seems like in the view the model of that dress might have one on.

If you want it to flow out in an A-line shape then you might need one.  If you want the dress to just flow to the floor, then no.  I will show you a pic of my dress in case it helps.  I have a bottom layer which is like fabric and then around my knees becomes a crinoline, so maybe that is what they’re calling an underskirt.  It basically gives that A-line shape.
