I would say that you don’t NEED pink chair sashes… BUT if you do a bit of research you might be able to find some for super cheap (I bought 199 from a friend for only $75, they were used for her sister’s wedding) and I personally think it’s an easy way to make a big impact! Also, you can google (or pinterest) ideas for interesting ways to tie them!

Whenever the question is asked “Do I need to do this?” then I always answer no.

You’re going to have enough to worry about, the venue sounds lovely as is…less is more…in my book.

@blinx:  I think it will look lovely the way you have planned. As pp’s have said , you can have chair sashes if you want but they are not necessary. I’m not even a fan of chair covers as I don’t enjoy the ” sea of white”.

You could opt to do something different and clip a silk flower or other decor to the chair cover.

Large pink flowers pinned to simple chair covers

Do I dare post a wedding pic of someone I know that I absolutely thought was way too much pink…? Shh hopefully she’ll never see it. This was before flowers were put on the tables. I think with the dim almost pink lighting and the pink flowers and pink brides mades and the bink sashes it almost looked like…well… not something I would pick for my own wedding..

ya def skip the pink chair sashes. I find it also has a tendancy to make the whole room look too matchy matchy.

What kind of chairs do you have?  You said that they are white, but are they wooden folding chairs, chiavari chairs, chairs with white chair covers?

You could put a sash on every other chair…
