I think you could use those! When I was first thinking about it, I was picturing those old patterned maroon chairs. But these have a more neutral fabric to them.

I was actually just reading a thread where it asked if people noticed chairs as a guest. Most said they didn’t even remember what the chairs looked like.

I think they are fine. I think it will work well with your neutral colors. I don’t see it clashing.

I agree, they look fine.  But I’m of the camp of “it’s just a chair.”  I’m definitely aiming for pretty, but not perfection, when it comes to our reception space!

I think they’ll work well. I have seen much, much worse chairs at weddings. For standard chairs I think those are good.

@ScottsdaleBride:  Honestly, those chairs are pretty nice. It seems like you have a very classic color palette; I think they could work! How many guests are you inviting to your wedding? I’m renting chiavaris for our wedding and I found an AMAZING deal (3.50/chair)–I’m still spending more than $800 and I also had to put a security deposit down. So rentals can be quite expensive if you have a large guest list. (Note: We’re getting married at a private home, so we have to rent chairs no matter what.)

I like them! If you play around with lighting, too, like uplighting, or dim lighting, they’d look even better, I think.

Just go with those. As a guest I never notice chairs, except in the positive of “oh, these are comfier than ususal.” Take your money and put it somewhere else in the budget. These chairs will go just fine with champagne (and blush, but better with champagne, I think).
