I don’t get on with my Future Mother-In-Law do I need to involve her in getting ready for the wedding?
I was going to ask her to be there when we get ready to help the children dress (with my mum) but now I’m having second thoughts. She has recently fallen off the wagon and I don’t trust her to stay sober for the wedding (she has proved in the past she won’t stay sober for wedding or children aka my Future Sister-In-Law wedding) so I definately don’t want her near the children.
I was considering asking her to come anyway and keep her away from the children but I don’t really want to have the conversation no you cannot have champagne because I don’t want your drunken antics ruining the wedding (she gets drunk fast) She has to bring my younger Future Sister-In-Law up that morning as she is a bridesmaid so she knows we will all be there. This also means there will be noone to stop her drinking elswhere.
I asked my Fiance but he helpfully said I don’t know it’s up to you
Do I invite her to keep an eye on her or keep her away so I don’t argue and get stressed with her?
