You look great you can feel if its there’s excess fat on your stomach that’s what is soft and rolls up when you sit then if you want to get rid of it yes eat less but you don’t have anything to worry about really you have a lovely curvy figure. Congrats on the weightloss! I know its not easy still not at my goal yet my stomach has always been pretty flat even when I was obese but the more fat lost from dieting the more toned it looks.

You need to eat clean and up your weight training (entire body) if you really want to see a marked difference in your abs.
This may or may not reflect a decrease in the scale.

No, you can’t spot reduce fat, but you CAN spot “tone”! I’ve been working my core for a while now and I do notice it’s easier to pull it in now that my muscles are stronger. I still have a layer of fat, which I know those exercises won’t get rid of, but I do look better.
