Ok so i have a dilemma eaither to invite or not invite my ex coworkers? Well i kind of invited them i gave them a save the date but i havent talked to some of them in 2 months since i left my job? Do i still need to invite them? Do you guys think they will still go with out a real invite?

Once you send out a save the date you have to invite them. I don’t think they’d show up without a real invite but not sending one lets them know they’ve been “uninvited,” which I think is rude.

I think you’re kind of obligated to invite them, but it doesn’t mean they’ll come.
This is exactly why I’m starting to think that Save-The-Date Cards should be reserved for the “absolutely will be invited and would be really upset if they didn’t come” list.

This. Someone should make a post with this advice and like sticky it to the front page of the bee for all eternity.
But yes, at this point you kinda need to invite them. Best case scenario hey realize you’re just following etiquette and decline.

I haven’t seen or talked to many of my guests in 6 months, but it’s not a big deal. You probably haven’t seen them because you are sooo busy with wedding planning. Definetly invite them. Everyone has crazy schedules, but it’s no reason to “unfriend” someone.

Sorry you didn’t get the answer you wanted, but yes if you send a Save The Date, you need to invite them.
