Ummm….you DEFINITELY want a DOC at your wedding. Just by going by my married friends, the ones who had some sort of professional assistance had more fun at their weddings than the brides who did not.

Plus, if something should go wrong, you don’t want to be mad at your parents or friends. It’s easier to be mad at the wedding planner, lol. Where are you getting married? Does the venue provide a planner?

I have never heard of "Hustle & Bustle" ( cute name, though). Do they have a website?

I’m sure my wedding planner has a ‘day-of’ package. She has been fabulous, thus far, and she has given me much confidence that my day will be perfect. Would you like her info? I can PM it to you.

I just registered and am excited to see that people are asking about the DOC I hired. I have already met with Theresa who owns hustle and bustle wedding day coordination a few times. She has been great at dealing with my mindless questions.

I don’t have any friends that are married, so it is nice to be able to ask someone who actually has the answers.

If you are thinking about a wedding planner in general, you really only need the DOC, and I highly reccommend you using hustle and bustle. It just seems like they have been dreaming about my wedding day as much as I have.

How much does Hustle and Bustle charge?

My votes are Sharlene Griffith (my DOC) and Tiffany the Coordinator.  Sharlene is amazing, and resonably priced.  Good luck!

Hi! I almost hired Hustle and Bustle but they were booked on my wedding day! I was excited because they give a 25% military discount and my fiance was in the Army. Ah well… I love my current DOC.

Absolutely go with Hustle & Bustle Wedding Day Coordination! I did and I could not have been happier! Everything about my wedding day was spectacular and I owe a lot of that to them. I believe they charge $1800 for everything, including rehearsal. However, my now-husband and I negotiated $1500 for everything. They seem pretty flexible.

Jacqueline, let me know if you have any other specific questions. I 100% recommend Hustle and Bustle!

Like everyone else said, yes, a DOC is something you should definitely consider having on your special day.  I have a couple of friends who have used Charisse and Cristina as their DOC and have heard no complaints whatsoever but rather praises about their wonderful services, keep in mind at a reasonable rate.  You can check out more details at http://www.aclassiccelebration.com

Best wishes to you! 🙂
