There are some medications than alter sperm (motility, mobility, sperm count etc), and therefore alter the chances of a woman becoming pregnant.  There has been some research linking some antidepressants with changes in sperm.  It would be best to consult a physician regarding any specific questions you have.  Also, it is important to not just stop the medication!

Edit: There is a risk-benefit ratio for every drug that is taken.  The ratio often changes when a woman becomes pregnant.  However, there are many situations where there are more benefits to remain on a medication than to stop a medication while pregnant or trying to conceive.  It’s best to work with a physician to determine what’s best for you.
