I glued a mulberry paper flower (added a little sparkle to the ends) on the front of my invitations, but wondering if they make the invitations look cheap/amateur/obviously DIY/etc (I’m not even sure if the picture captures how crafty the paper looks…I think the paper is slightly less refined looking in person than in these pics even…it has quite the old mulberry paper feel and more ivory than white in color):
Alternatively, I can go with my plan B design, using the same design on the front as I have on the inside:
Which do you all like better?

Definitely the flower! I dont think it looks cheap at all

Thanks ladies for all your input and votes! Plan A it is then!

I LOVE the flower, looks amazing! And Really different, you see so many pocketfold designs with a square on the outside (and mine will be like that too, but I’m not anywhere near crafty enough to do something amazing like your flower!)

I like the second one better, personally. I think I would like the flower better without the glitter.

The flower ones are adorable. Don’t second guess yourself. You’re obviously talented.

Yes to the flower! So cute 🙂

I like the flower, but you probably ought to make sure it goes through the mail alright. Even if it’s on the inside, it might get squished or snagged on the machines. Maybe you could mail one to yourself first?

@EffieTrinket: +1 on the mail concern, looks cute!

I think the flower looks classier than option B.

Oh crap I voted wrong. Flower! No sparkle on it, though.
