Do my wedding and enagagement rings look too small?

They do look tight, like they’re pinching your finger. Are they uncomfortable? Is it hot or humid where you are? Because my rings get tight in hot, humid weather and this goes away as soon as the humidity drops (we just had the hottest July on record where I am). It could be simply that you tried on your rings on a non-humid day in an air conditioned store but they feel tighter in hot weather. If they feel tight all the time though, then I think they should be re-sized to fit more comfortably.

p.s. They’re very pretty rings though 🙂

It looks uncomfortable to me.

Do they always fit like that?  My fingers might swell or shrink, depending on the temperature or time of day.  Are they loose when your hands are cold?  Maybe wait until winter, and if they still feel tight all the time, you can resize.

Trust your gut. Just going up a quarter on size will probably be more comfortable and look better to you.

Looks a little tight, but is it summer where you are? If your fingers swell I’d be wary of sizing up to fit your “summer fingers”, because come winter it will be too loose.

Sometimes it’s just finger shape. Mine look too small but it’s just the shape of my finger, it chubs out on the side.

They do look a bit tight, but to me it’s your wedding band that appears to be the culprit. I’d size up if I were you.

My jeweler always insists on sizing down too small for my own personal comfort.  I sized up at least a  1/4 size larger than what he wanted and I am very happy with my choice.  It still feels a little tighter when it’s really hot and humid outside, but it’s so comfortable I barely even notice it on my finger the majority of the time.

Are the uncomfortable? Can you remove them easily? That’s what matters. The “pinched” look isn’t concerning, I have chubby fingers and my rings look like that and I can still remove them comfortably.

They didn’t look crazy tight or anything before, but in comparison I can see the difference. Looks great!

They do look better resized. As long as their comfortable and they aren’t going to fall off, seems about right.

I think you should go with your gut! If you’re sensing they’re too small, they probably are. They do look like they’re pinching quite a bit and just look uncomfortable!

Edit: crap, sorry, I didnt see your comment with the resized rings! They look much better!
