I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM #GLOBALROSE AGAIN!!! They were very unprofessional and the website advertisements were misleading. I spoke with camilla from global rose originally in September 2016 when I orderd roses for my wedding. Due to a hurricane it was canceled, not their fault the roses were not delivered on time, however when I called the manager Pilar and informed her of what happened, She was far from sympathetic when she informed me I would have to pay again for flowers I was not able to use but she would give me 20 % off. After arguing with her about it for 45 minutes she finally agreed to a 100.00 credit. Even though I paid around 130 for the roses I was happy she was willing to compromise with me. So once my wedding was rescheduled. I spoke with Andrea and place my order. I choose 100 assorted white roses that was listed on the website for next day delivery. Since I had a credit I had to call in I again spoke with Andrea who assured me they would arrive the next day. That night at 8:30 I recieved an email from fedex stating #globalrose had created a lable for a package and that it is scheduled to be delivered by 10:30am. Friday. I was getting married on monday So that was perfrect. Friday came with no flowers. I check the tracking number from fedex. It said a label was created but no package was given to fedex.? So I called Global Rose several times no one answered the phone. Then I sent them an email inquiring on the order, I again did not recieve a response. I then posted on fb, finally someone from global rose asked me to email them more info but no one from the company responded anything further even afterI resent my information to the email they provided. I finally just gave up and went to a wholesale flower shop to buy what I could. On Monday afternoon at 3:4 7 pm I received an email from Andrea saying they did not have 100 white roses to send out and asled if she could just send them out tomorrow which would be Tuesday. I responed back that my wedding was Monday, Tuesday was too late that I would just like a redund of 100. not the original 130. She then responded that becauseI had a credit she could not refund me she did offer to give me another credit for $100 however why would I order from globalrose again after the first two orders we’re not correct? And I don’t need $100 worth of flowers now. I just wanted consumers to know how globalrose handles their business I’ve noticed a lot of positive reviews on here and nothing else I can’t be the only one who’s had this problem just be where when you’re purchasing flowers from this company. Both experiences with this company was not customer service friendly and I felt like they did not care about my wedding or my agenda at all that they can just send their flowers when it’s convenient for them.
