I took my bridal party of 4 to Jaehee because they are known for a large selection, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was treated as if I had never made an appointment, and they “found someone to squeeze us in”.
The girls found dresses they liked, and so they all got measured. Dresses arrived 3 months later and were ready for pickup. Not a huge issue, but it was inconvenient that the girls had to call 24 hours in advance so the dresses could be broughe from a warehouse.
What was hugely inconvenient, was that 1 bridesmaid was not allowed to pay her balance over the phone, and when she was directed to their website, the site was down and was not allowed to pay there, either. Not until she spoke with a manager was she able to pay over the phone.
In addition to being rude and unhelpful and the website being down, the seamstress recommended incorrect sizes for all 4 girls–2 were ordered too large (not a huge issue, but inconvenient and expensive nonetheless!) and 2 were ordered too small!
One girl’s barely fit, but fit at all only because she had lost (unplanned) 10 lbs since the fitting!!!
The other’s didnt even zip, and her seamstress said there was no fabric to let it out. The store’s seamstress had said it could be let out if it was too tight. This issue is still being worked on, tbc…
Bottom line, the store may have selection, but it’s not worth the hassle!!! They don’t know what they’re doing and are causing a lot of preventable stress to my bridal party!
I would never shop there again, and I would tell brides to shop for wedding dresses and bridesmaids’ dresses anywhere but there.
