My fiance ordered paper lanterns from craftsnfavors.com. As we looked at the statement, it said it was a verified purchase through amazon through ya ya creations, which confused us. After much research and trying to contact the companies (you can’t, the emails and “live chats” are fake and will disappear into outer space), we have discovered that we have been duped and have lost 88 dollars. Do NOT make the same mistake we did.

So sorry that happened to you! 🙁

I ordered from efavormart, which looks like the same homepage as craftsnfavours just with a different name, and I was billed yayacreations.
I received my order, no problem. When were you supposed to receive your order? There MUST be a way to track them down to find out about your order..

That’s weird. I ordered fake flowers from Ya Ya Creations and they came in and were perfect. I’m sorry for your troubles though!

Were products not delivered on expected date? If so, you can dispute the charges with your credit card company.

I also ordered with efavormart, which is by Ya Ya Creations, and my things were delivered quick and without problem.

This company is awful. They go by the name http://www.tableclothsfactory.com as well. They will rip you off! I ordered tablecloths and chair sashes from them. The color was not what was depicted. Immediately returned them as directed on their website. (Never used any of it.) Waited weeks and received no credit on my credit card. Contacted them numerous times. Told to wait another week every time. Every contact I made with them was respectful. Just asking when would I be provided with a refund. Finally I filed a dispute with my credit card company. That prompted them to finally give me a refund. They gave me $97.28. I had paid $163.30. Today I received a letter from my CC company regarding the dispute. Ya Ya E Favormart wrote that they had already processed a refund to me and that I am, to quote, “a highly malicious customer, as I am trying to get more funds from merchant after they have already received their credit”. This is just disgusting! How can a company survive with such despicable practices?
