Cute. Usually said in a patronising tone.

My Fiance calls me cute..when we are at home..and I am wearing some cute PJs …Some of my closest friends and my mom also call me cute..but again they know my silly cute side…

And if I get a compliment from some random man..it is usually sexy, beautiful, gorgeous…Never heard random people calling me cute..Maybe because I never leave house without make up..and really like to dress up..

Cute, usually… drives me nuts… no one I haven’t been romantically naked with has called me sexy (and even then presumably only because I was DOING something sexy.)

@aqualuv:  I wish I got called either one! I get called ‘tall’.

@aqualuv:  I tend to be ‘cute’. Largely because I am way too uncoordinated and awkward to be sexy.

I feel like cuteness vs sexiness has more to do with height and roundness of your face.

Small statures and round faces are naturally associated with youth, or being young.

You would rarely refer to actresses like Angelina Jolie, Uma Thurman, Olivia Wilde, Kate Winslet, or Anne Hathaway as cute.

But you would be more inclined to call short actresses like Natalie Portman, Rachel Bilson, Hayden Panettiere, Michelle Williams cute.

Another factor that plays into it is how you dress. I feel like an example of that is Zooey Deschanel. She is tall and has a great body, but you never see her dress in tight, form fitting clothing. She dresses in a very quirky, feminine fashion. I think she could easily be in the category of cute.

It’s part genetics and part what you put out there.

It depends on what I’m wearing. I’ ll lean slightly towards cute or beautifull.

Cute, definitely. I’m short, blonde, have something of a baby face going on despite my age and dress in a way most people describe as cute – I like my bows, polka dots and peter pan collars (and they look good on me!).

The only person who’s allowed to say I look sexy is my SO and that usually only happens when I dress in a particular way I know he likes, otherwise he says I look beautiful. If anyone other than my guy said that I looked sexy I’d give them the evil eye and go change.

@aqualuv:  I’m cute. I look younger than my actual age and I have a full, round face. Nothing I can do about it. Some guys think I’m sexy, but I think most people would call me cute. Sucks cause I’m closer to 40 than I am to 30. Tired of being cute.

My husband is the only one that calls me sexy. Everyone else says I’m cute.

Fiance calls me sexy but anyone else calls me cute.

I look very young and am very petite.

I get labelled both, but probably sexy more, because I have big boobs, big lips, and big hair.
