Ok bees, I need your help. Below is a picture of the venue I am thinking about. The chairs and linen come with the venue. My colors are champagne/gold, pastal pink, and green with cream. Would you put chair covers on these chairs? How about a sash without a cover? I want to dress them up but I don’t want it to look tacky or cheap. I could upgrade and rent chairs but I find these to have a classic and elegant look. What do you guys think? I also put a few sash pics below.

I think your chairs are WAY prettier than the covers! I’d leave them!

save your money. no one is going to care what your chairs look like.
i didn’t hear one person say, “oh my, i can’t believe her chairs didn’t match her decor.”

@futuredriven: The chairs are lovely and don’t need covers… I could see covering them if they were ugly but they are nice so don’t cover them!

I like the chairs. Spend your money on something else 🙂

Your chairs are pretty as is and honestly I’m not sure who would be offended if their chair didn’t have a sash.

I VOTED – THEY ARE FINE
These are quite nice chairs… not the ugly ducklings that many venues have.
Save your money… or spend it on something else.
Hope this helps,

I’m going to add to the chorus of voices here and agree that the chairs are just beautiful as-is! I think covering them would actually diminish their loveliness.

@futuredriven: I think the chairs are lovely as-is! But if you want to cover them, I’m a huge fan of the satin tie-back chair covers. They’re really pretty and I think they look better than shashes. Here’s what ours looked like.

I like the chairs!
Then again, I’m not a fan of chair covers at all. Their chairs. We know. No need to cover them up.

I know exactly what you mean about wanting to upgrade the chairs. However, I couldn’t justify the purchase even though the chairs didn’t match at all with our decor. No one noticed though.

@futuredriven: I voted leave them as is as they have a nice pattern and go well with the tablecoths. I don’t think you need to spend your money.
