I think they will look nice together because they both look flowy.  However, I think it would look even better if they both had the same neckline.

I like the neckline of the shorter one better – is there a way you can just get the shorter one made longer for your MOH?

The fabrics go perfectly together and I don’t think it would be a problem no matter if you can change the neckline or not. I say go for it.

I agree with AmeliaBedelia, if there’s a way to order a longer version of the short dress or something very similar, I think it would look fantastic. The different necklines look a bit strange together to me, and IMO the style of the shorter dress is a lot more flattering.
