Just wondering if it’s traditional to get both engraved or if we can just get one engraved?

you don’t even need to get toasting flutes and serving sets.
we aren’t getting either.
I’m not having mine engraved, I like my flutes just the way they are. I feel like I would rather have a nice set of flutes instead of something so weddingy. Like it might be strange if my friend comes over to drink champagne (not sure that’s ever happened, but you never know) and we are busting out the wedding flutes. Here is a shameless picture.
@Mrs. Meowerson: Also true, I think I am just using a server that our caterer has. Probably wouldn’t have gotten the flutes except I saw those and liked them and my Mom offered to buy them as an engagement present.
I have always seen this as an extremely pointless waste of money…
So I would say no! I wouldn’t even get special ones probably but that’s just me!
I used my parents flutes and I think engraving them is a waste of money unless its something you are sentimental about.
