our main one is feets-on-feets time, which is our code for cuddling in bed. we say a lot of weird things, but they’re not really codes, just… weird. lol.

I think the only real one we use is snuggling (=sex).  Somehow it feels more comfortable to say “I want a snuggling” than “I want sex!”.

I had more but weddingbee ate half my post? Weird.

Lol, this is almost too embarrassing to admit, but we call snuggling or anything else horizontal “shmoopypants.”

We have 2. The first is “Pretzel-Legging”, which is basically snuggling, and then there’s “Dubbing the D”.

Basically our dog gets really excited when he hears the word “walk”, so we started spelling it when we were discussing taking him out for one. “W-A-L-K” was eventually shortened to just “W” and then that was shorted further to “Dub”, so now when I come home from work I ask “did you dub the d?” meaning “did you walk the dog?”. Clearly, we’re nuts.

@MrsMcGyro:

That is so cute!

My Fiance and I are both Futurama nuts, so we kind of talk in code by making TV show references in public that only we get..but nothing specific.

we used to have one when we were ldr, but it kind of died out after we were back in the same city together–there’s that really silly trick where if you mouth the words “i want to vaccuum” at someone, it looks like you’re saying “i want to f*** you,” so somehow we got to writing “hoover” at the end of emails, texts, gchats, etc. like, “okay, talk to you later, love you, miss you, hoooooover.” hahaha, very bizarre! but we haven’t said that to each other in like 4 years now. i guess it stopped being cute when we actually could “hoover” since we were in the same place ๐Ÿ˜‰
