Well, That all depends on which God you’re referring to… I have faith and believe in a higher power, but there are a lot of religions that I don’t agree with, so I would say that while I am a Faithful person, I don’t consider myself to be religious.

I would say I am an agnostic atheist. I think it is most likely there is no kind of god so I do not believe there is one, but I do not think that there is currently “proof” that there is no god/higher intelligent species/ etc.

Have you ever heard the song God and Satan by Biffy Clyro?  Your comment I find it interesting to hear both sides… made me think of some of the lyrics to that song.

I believe in God but not Jesus/salvation. I am not religious and I do not believe in hell or sin. I believe we are put on this earth to learn and develop our souls.

I believe in God. I consider myself religious, but I’m not without sin everyday. I’ve never needed proof that God exists. I wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for paperwork saying I do, it’s funny, but that’s the way I see it. I can’t see air, bacteria, or miracles, but I believe all the same. I’ve always made it a point never to discuss religion, politics, or sex with anyone other than my family, but your poll intrigued me 🙂

I’m a Heathen, which means I’m a polytheist who follows the Norse pantheon. I believe in lots of gods and goddesses. Also, my belief in the afterlife is different from the Heaven/Hell model.

In Heathenry, there is a place called Hel, but it’s not a bad place. Most people go there when they die. There are other “halls” where the dead can go as well, depending on circumstances. But with very few exceptions, how a person is in life does not dictate what happens to them in death. There are certain guidelines, tennents, and core beliefs associated with how people live, and it has effects on their lives.

I beleive in God but we rarely go to church, so we are not very religious, but we have faith. I feel like God is more of something that lives in each person, if that makes sense.

Yes, I am a Christian.  I also believe there is 1 God and He can go by many names (Yahweh, Allah, etc.)

I believe in God.  I’ve seen His hand working in my life.  I don’t always understand why things happen the way they do, but I also know that when I don’t have the strength on my own, He gives me strength.  I wouldn’t want to live life without the hope and strength that my beliefs give me.

Agnostic. I feel like there must be a higher power, but I’m uncomfortable attributing that to one being or one religion.

I’d like to believe in some sort of heaven and hell, but I feel like its merely wishful thinking.

Yes, life is not an accident, and is impossible to create by accident which gives proof of a higher being, a creator. I am a firm believer in Christ and it gives me hope and purpose every day. How depressing is it to think I’m going to do the daily grind then die and turn into dust and dissapear and be non-existant?
