I love my ring box, although it isn’t super important, but it is meaningful to me since he propsed with the ring in the box

flowercrowns:  yeah, tacori boxes are so flimsy. I already broke the tab the ring was sitting on. For such an expensive ring, some velvet and LED lighting would have been nice. I just use it for night time storage and don’t care much about it at all.

It’s fun seeing all the different ring boxes! We got my e-ring and the wedding bands all from the same local jeweler, so we have several of their ring boxes! I took a picture of all the rings in one box, but you also get an idea of what the box looks like. It’s a good quality box, and I like the slightly grippy exterior texture.

The ring box is important to me. One of the very few. Hopefully the golden snitch locket will be large enough to fit the actual ring into, if not. I’ll modge podge the box with different spells.

ETA: There’s a designer named Paul Pape who makes amazing ring holders. It’s made various Harry Potter and Dr. Who boxes. Unfortunately, his boxes start at $300 which is way out of the price range

I’m really happy with the ring box but it’s not super important. It’s white glossy wood with a black leather interior.  The diamonds look really sparkly against the black.  I’m not a fan of velvet though, so I was glad it was leather.  Just lucky I guess.
