When I first started plucking I effed up so bad, I literally tweezed most off and drew them on all the time. It was such a pain in my rear. I hated it when it rained, I couldn’t swim underwater, working out sucked because I’m a sweater and trying to get them even every.single.day sucked.
So needless to say I tried to grow them out, but they never grew back fully, or I would eff up once again, and so I just “colored them in”… Still was a pain in my rear…
Well now I have them grown back pretty much fully, and I don’t do anything to them, but maybe brush them sometimes to look more neat, and I love them…besides the plucking stray hairs, because I am a hairy individual! haha
I have two sisters, one draws them on completely, one colors them in ever day….
What do you ladies do?

Mine are all hair, no coloring needed because they are pitch black.
On a lighter note, I found a fun picture of different ways to draw on your brows.

lol, I like K) I think I would like that stensil 🙂

Love the last post! People notice if you draw them on. We tend to think that we can trick the mirror, and therefore trick the people around us. darkening them is one thing but really drawing them on can look… strange. Go through the painful process of letting dem caterpillars grow on out and get them professionally sculpted (not waxed the first time) if you cannot manage them on your own.

I fill mine it a bit, my brow hairs are long, but not so thick, so I brush a little color in them.
Now, maybe I just havn’t seen the right girls, but every girl I’ve known that has completely drawn her eyebrows on looks a little on the scary side 🙁

Grow dem caterpillers out, hahaha, funny!
@AnnieAAA: Oh gosh, I drew them on when I was much younger, and yes I think I looked kind of scary 🙁 As long as they are even I think they look alright, my ex bestfriend draws hers on, and its such an ordeal, but they look pretty decent, from what I remember.

This teacher at my high school drew them on everyday… very obvious!
I pluck and I don’t ever really colour them in because they are fairly dark to begin with.

My eyebrows are made up of all hair but when I do wear makeup (which is once in a blue moon), I do add eyebrow color to them. My eyebrows are on the thin side. I wish I would get in the habit of adding more color to them more often. It does make them look better.

I have much lighter eyebrows then my natural hair color, so I fill them in a little with brow powder so they are not spotty. I find pencil is a little harsh for my personal taste.

I edited the phot so the person is unrecognizable. However, she is someone I do know , and she draws on her brows, the white underneath the beige is all her doing as well. She has since rid the white part of the brow 🙂

I’ve never considered doing anything besides let them be natural. I do pluck a few hairs so they don’t look too bushy. I do have very fair & thin eyebrows – much lighter and thinner than my regular hair. Overall my body hair is almost see-through and very little of it. I have thick dark brown head hair. I guess I just got lucky. For special events I’ll darken my eyebrows for a more dramatic look.

I fill mine in. My mom has hers tattooed on though, for all the reasons you listed. I remember going to White Water with her when I was in high school and her eyebrows were like sliding off her face and we were like… Mom?

lol, ” and we were like, mom?” that is hilarious. Your poor mom. I know someone too who had her eyebrows tattooed on. They were scabbed over for a few days and very dark, so she got bangs, but afterwards looked pretty normal.

I use an eyebrow pencil to fill in a bit because my eyebrows are a bit light
I know someone who tattooed her eyebrows but the color didnt really go with her skin it was a reddish brown color that always looked off and then she would constantly shave her eyebrows but it looks really weird when they hair started growing back because it wasnt in line with the tattoo!

I couldn’t imagine shaving my brows, it seems like there would be alot of blunt stubbles growing in, and like you said, not really ” in line”…..
