I drink 2-3 weekends per month (usually just one night during those weekends) but I don’t usually get “drunk” every time. I hate the feeling of hangovers now. Since I work full time, I really value my weekends and a hangover will basically ruin one whole day so I like to get buzzed/tipsy when I go out and drink but not more. I will also occasionally have wine with dinner or at happy hour with co-workers.

If we go out to the clubs (like once or possibly twice a month) I’ll have several drinks. About once or twice a week, Darling Husband and I have wine or cocktails with dinner.

The amount of alcohol I have consumed in my entire life would fill a few shot glasses. I have tried a few things, and proptly almost spewed them across the table. Bleck. I just think the stuff is nasty. We are going to Italy for our Honeymoon so of course we will be sampling the local wine, but that will be it, sampling. ๐Ÿ™‚

SO and I are mostly evening drinkers but not every day.  But theres a handful of times in the year when we go all out.  SO went out on Sunday night, and was still feeling it this morning – I was less than impressed.  And so unlike him.

Since moving to the UK I’ve become more of an eveing drinker, before that I was probably an average drinker.

I’d say I now drink more nights a week than I use to, but when I drink I drink fewer drinks (if that makes sense).

I think I’m a casual drinker. It’s not only if the occasion warrants, but it’s not every single meal either.

I haven’t been totally drunk for a few months now. I might have a few extras on new years, but then it’ll be a few more months again until I let loose!

I used to drink a lot more but with the wedding costs we have cut down on money spent on alcohol. I only drink when my son goes to his dads and were alone for the weekend and on holidays when he visits his dad.

Pretty much just socially but I prefer to “relax” in other ways that are currently illegal but shouldn’t be. ๐Ÿ™‚

I drink rarely now. If I’m going to, it’s just going to be one glass so i can drive, and at that point, I like the taste of Doctor Pepper better than even a rum and coke :), plus it’s a ton  cheaper.

We have wine almost every night with our meal at our house.  And I will have 2-3 drinks (over hours) in social situations which probably is about once or twice a week…a little more frequently with all the holiday parties and dinners.  We live in the city so most social situations revolve around food and drinks.  ๐Ÿ™‚

I will have the occasional glass of wine, godiva and coffee, or xrated and seven and usually at home.  When we go out usually it is with DHs friends and he has drinks with the guys and I might have one, that way I am completely good to drive.  Darling Husband and I have agreements when it comes to drinking outside the home and it is discussed before we leave the house so we are on the same page.  Darling Husband and I do enjoy a nice bottle of wine in front of the fireplace on cold nights when the step son is gone, just makes for a nice night.

I’d say I’m somewhere between a casual drinker and a social drinker.

Darling Husband and I will occasionally have wine either at home or at a nice dinner.  When we have people over for game night, we sometimes break out a few beers or a mixed drink.  I had a couple of glasses of champange at DH’s recent holiday party.

We don’t ever really go out to the bars or anything though.

I don’t drink anything Monday – Thursday. I drink every Friday and Saturday and most Sundays. I will go through a period of time where there is alot of social gatherings and parties and I get drunk every weekend. Then I won’t get drunk for a month or more and then it will become maybe twice a month then the cycle eventually repeats depending on what is going on.

I almost never get drunk two nights in a row. Usually if I get drunk on Friday I drink light on Saturday and if I get drunk Saturday I don’t drink at all on Sunday. I am known in my circle of friends as never turning down a drink but I actually don’t drink as much as they may assume haha.

I think for my age and life style I am about average. It works for me. I like alcohol, and I’m not ashamed to admit it. Haha
