Other, I eat the most on Saturday morning when the husband and I cook a huge breakfast together. I also only go all out on holidays. I don’t like to eat alot at dinner, I work late so I will usually grab something small on the way home.
A filling breakfast though makes me feel energized for the rest of the day and causes me to not want to eat anything until dinner.

I definitely eat the most during the evenings and weekends.

During the week, I think my biggest meal is lunch. I don’t eat a lot at dinner. Sundays we have a big brunch, so definitely my largest meal of the week.

I used to not having a problem eating at night, but since I don’t get off work until 10 pm, I have to eat at night if I want to eat anything because I don’t always get time for a “lunch” at work.

At night. I work from home, so weekends basically blend together for me.
I have gotten into this terrible habit for about a year of not really eating much during the day (mainly because I am lazy and do not like cooking) and then being starving at night and getting fast food, pizza, etc.
Blah! I wish I was more into cooking. I really love eating well made food, but I am the laziest person in the kitchen ever.

During the week (day and night) I’m really good about what I eat. On the weekends I tend to snack, have a few drinks, and go out to eat.
Although now that Fiance has joined My Fitness Pal with me it’s easier to eat better on weekends too because he is also watching what he eats.

I’m SO good at staying on track during the week, but then as soon as the weekend rolls around, it all goes down the tubes. Ice cream, chicken wings, pizza – DH and I both love food. The worst for me is drinking my calories – on the weekends, when I’m not at the office, I drink lattes and sugary tea like crazy.
