  • poll: Do you check and see the poll results before voting?

All the time, and it affects how I vote

All the time, but it never affects my vote

Sometimes, and it affects my vote (especially if I don't know or care how to vote)

Sometimes, but it usually doesn't affect my vote

    You can do that?

I don’t usually check the poll results before I vote in a poll, but I do like to look at them if it’s a question I can’t answer. I pretty much open all threads that have “[Poll]” in front of them.

I look first SOMEtimes….but not usually.  It doesn’t usually affect my vote, but it might if I’m feeling lazy and haven’t read through something in it’s entirety.

If I don’t vote in the poll then I do.  Sometimes there isn’t an option that I would pick or it isn’t something that I feel comfortable voting in.

I’m pretty opinionated so I almost never do.

THe times I do are when I’m vageuly interested but can’t really vote–like stuff about babies or buying a home or things like that. (to clarify, because I don’t have a baby and have never bought a home :D)

I sometimes look before I vote but it doesn’t change how I’m going to answer.

I chose never, but I guess I should say I do, but only when I do not plan on voting at all, like on PP mentioned.  Never on polls that I will vote in.

Only if I’m not planning on voting. Otherwise I always make sure I vote bc I’m afraid it will skew my opinion.

@picturemeurs:  I’m having to work on not looking until after I vote. Lol. I’m afraid it skews my vote too.
