Lately, I have been finding myself getting really shitty at the smallest things. Money is tight, this summer has sucked and all in all I’m just cranky. I’m usually such a happy person but I just feel pissed off all the time.
Anyone else feel like this?

@aribanana: Yep! I can be a shocker. Mine is mainly related to crazy hormones. Not fun.
I downloaded a podcast of meditation recently to try to breathe better and learn how to relax properly. Maybe try that?

I agree we have hardly had any summer yet. Today is the fist hot day since befoer Christmas. Maybe it will be like last year and we will have a longer summer like into May. Maybe as the weather warms up you will feel better? It’s going to be nice the next few days maybe go to the beach after work if you are close enough to it and relax by the water or the pool if the beach is too far away.

Yeah, I usually end up picking a fight with poor Darling Husband. It makes me feel even more shitty. But if I sit and think aboit it I can usually come up with a reason I feel bad/angry/beastly…. Usually worried about weight, stressed from work.. Need a break from the baby… Those sort of life things.

Yes sometimes I get these outbursts of anger and starts a fight with my parents or bf and half way through the fight I will forget what I lost my cool over

Yep, all the time. I hate it but I just get pissy for no reason, and the worst part is, I sometimes take it out on my loving and adoring husband. :/

Yes,and I can usually pinpoint the cause,though that doesn’t really help me stop the outbursts,but I do try.I have an anxiety disorder,so I get REALLY anxious about things people normally don’t really notice.I’ve been better for a little while,but lately I’ve been going down again.I now it’s because my problems with my separation (ex being difficult),money issues (I’m already broke and my credit card got cloned online) and the fact that I’ve been gaining weight.I’m trying my best not to take it out on my so,but sometimes I just can’t help it.

There’s always a trigger when I get mad, annoyed, etc. It may be a small and stupid trigger, but something happened to set it off.

Yes. I get grumpy for no reason a lot, usually when I’m PMSing. Darling Husband always asks what’s wrong and I’m just like “I FEEL LIKE BEING A BITCH TODAY RAWR!” Lol. He buys me chocolate and stays out of my way. XD

@aribanana: If I’m getting pissed off at little things that normally blow over, it’s PMS.
But, bad weather also can make me cranky. It rained for 9 days straight where I live and I was, by the end of it, pretty insufferable. when the sun came out the next day it was like I was reborn into the happiest person alive.

When I get like that it’s always related to either hormones, being too tired or being too hungry. Or it’s Monday.

Not for no reason. But I am certainly more irritable some days and it’s often PMS-related.

yuupp! Most days I can handle everything and some days I can hardly handle one tiny little thing lol. It is either PMS, or as another PP said, weather related. I am normally very happy and level headed, so these little outbursts are rare, but they are more likely to happen in winter haha. I need sunshine and the outdoors!

YEP!!!! Sometimes I have no idea what it is that annoys me but I just feel angry. Usually it happens when I have PMS or when its cold out and I jsut want to cry from the cold! LOL
