I take my ring off when I shower, dishes, and sleep. At work I turn it around when I am on a call, as to no rip the glove or hit it on something ( I work as a EMT and a Vol FF.)  But Other then that Yea, thats what Ins. is for.

To protect it, Iremove it when showering, cleaning, and working with messy foods.

    My jeweler recommends the same.

I hardly ever take mine off either. I sleep and shower with it on. The only times I take it off is when I’m making a messy food, working out or other things that I feel wouldn’t be safe for it. but other then that, its always on. My mom has worn hers 24/7 for 20 years and its fine.

I think I’m the same as most ladies here. I take it off to shower, sleep, wash dishes, clean with chemicals, put on lotion, cooking, etc. I try to remember to take it off before doing anything that’ll get it dirty or damage it.

I take it off for sleeping, showering and doing the dishes, and sometimes exercising because my hands get sweaty and swollen.

My ring is a plain wedding band so I mostly where it 24/7. I have took it off a few times for cleaning but that is it.

I take it off all the time. Every time I wash my hands, shower, cook, sleep. Pretty much anything! It’s a pearl so I guess it’s more fragile but it’s what I wanted 🙂

I take it off either when I get home or go to bed and put it back on when I’m getting ready for the day.  I wouldn’t want to stab anyone or myself with it in the middle of the night! I also take it off when I am cleaning.

I am in and out of 50 pairs of gloves a day (I work in a lab) so I usually pin my ring to the inside of my scrub pocket.  I also take it off to shower/cook/clean at home, but leave it on to shower at the gym.  I don’t swim with it either, the chemicals are really bad for white gold.

I was thinking about this the other day when I was cooking with my dad. I took my rings off to make lasagna because  I had to stick my hands in filling to stir. I made sure I announced to everyone where I was putting them, and my mom gave me a look that said, “you’re dumb for taking them off!” That was the first time I took them off since the wedding for any extended period of time.
