You’re totally not alone with this. I’ve been having some trouble with this lately and as a result I’m driving my boyfriend nuts with it.
It kinda started with me losing 28 pounds between September 2010 and January this year. I’ve been really good and managed to maintain the same weight, but the past couple of weeks I’ve found myself thinking about everything I eat. I’ve even moved the scales out of the bathroom because I was weighing myself every morning (which of course you’re advised not to do due to natural daily weight fluctuation). Finishing university hasn’t really helped stave off the cravings- now I just have more time to dwell on it! Sometimes I just find it hard to keep that balance.
Having said that I’ve started trying to find projects to keep myself busy and my head out of the refrigerator..
