Guys are funny! I think the major component is intentions. If its genuine forgetfulness then it’s hard to blame him.
We use google calendar (and share it with each other) so that we can keep track of the big stuff. For example: I have every other Friday off, but he can never remember when. So I put it in the calendar. We both have iphones so this works for us since it’s something we can see 24-7.
His family usually just calls me directly to schedule events (they live nearby) and my parents sort of have a standing invitation since they’re easy house guests.

My Fiance tries to tell me his schedule because I have a better memory and can keep track of it better than him.
On the flip side, though, when it comes to daily life, he often glosses over details, and then when he brings them up later, I’m left saying, “What?!”

He doesn’t do it on purpose, but he does forget a lot of stuff. The frustrating thing is that he thinks about telling me something and then later, when he should be telling me, he thinks he already did, and so he doesn’t.
