Ugh, no, but I went to the dentist yesterday and was so embarrassed I think I’m going to start.  I’m actually kind of a freak about my teeth but I just can’t seem to fit that one in there.

Not as often as I should.  I like the little floss picks better than the long string kind.

    I floss every other night.

I never used to, but I had always had spaces between my teeth so nothing was ever getting stuck and brushing was reaching everything.

A few years ago I got the Invisalign to close my spaces (hated my front gap!) so now I floss. Its a PITA and I hate it.

Avid flosser. I aim for every day, but sometimes forget on the weekends when my schedule isn’t regular. At least 5 times a week. I also use a floride rinse every night before bed.

You only get one set of teeth and they have to last a long time!

I only started flossing about six months ago when I got a wake up call at the dentist. I don’t do it every single day but I do it more nights per week than I don’t (if that makes sense lol).

I do every day. I was starting to get gum disease and it’s gone now that I floss. Plus the stuff the comes out of my teeth makes me glad I do it.

The only reason I floss is I have one of those permanent retainer bars across the back of my bottom teeth and it feels nasty if I don’t. Otherwise, I wouldn’t.

Definitely! It’s gross not to. Gingivitis, cavities, bad breath…yum!
