The answer to this question is almost always going to be yes. I know this. This post is more so asking if so, with who, and how often? I have dreams where I am in relationships with others such as celebrities and sometimes friends. There are also times when my ex comes into play, but those dreams always end with him being a jerk and making me cry, so they don’t concern me. Its the friends ones that shake me the most. I feel like I’m dream cheating. I think I am getting to the point where I am affected by “Grass is Greener” syndrome. I wake up feeling smitten with my dream relationship with a friend or old crush, and then have to remind myself I had that and have that with Fiance. I guess I often miss the crazy, exciting beginning to relationships. But, I wouldn’t trade Fiance for anyone.
Do your dream relationships or actions bother you?

As you have said, this is totally “normal”
Personally, this happens rarely… lol, the majority of my dreams are Adventures vs Romantic
When they’ve been Romantic, they always tend to be with either Mr TTR, or someone who I’ve had a relationship / crush on (always find it fascinating that at my age my brain will dig up someone from my past / youth… makes these dreams kind of fun / intriguing to say the least)

I often have sexy dreams about strangers. Or celebrities. Or exes. 😐

@This Time Round: Isn’t it funny how the brain does that? Whenver the dreams are about an old crush I feel guilty. But then I remember it is because someone brought that person up in conversation or I saw them at a gathering. Its not some subconscious reminder that this is the person I am supposed to be with LOL

@blushbliss: I had an intimate dream about my coworker who I am completely unattracted to, and he is good friends with my Fiance. Super weird! I was definitely disturbed when I woke up! Dreams have deeper meanings than the obvious though, for example I read that when you dream about a death, it means that there will be a change in your life or something like that, lol. Who knows!

Usually friends or old crushes that have come up in converstation or on my facebook feed recently haha. Sometimes it’s totally random. Every now and then an ex will pop in, but those dreams I wake up feeling repulsed and in a sour mood (bad breakup kinda stuff).
More often those intimate dreams are of Darling Husband and then I wake up smiling to his handsome face, and a litle frisky 😉

I have these dreams from time to time. A long time ago, before meeting Fiance, I had a dream about my boss, who I was totally unattracted to. My friends laughed at me for years!
Most recently, I had a dream I was Adam Levine’s girlfriend! I like him but I’m not obsessed with him or anything.
I think these dreams are funny and I’m unconcerned. If my Fiance has dreams like this, I hope he’ll keep it to himself, though!

@MissPine: I agree. I DEFINITELY do not want to hear who is starring in his dreams.

Fantasies and dreams are harmless. As long as there is no infidelity in real life, there is no harm in dreaming about others. It is probably best not to share them with your partner.
I dream about Mr. John Theodore Rossi, better known as Theo Rossi. He is a little known tv star. Jesus Christ, this man is scrumptious. If dreaming about Mr. Rossi is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

@blushbliss: I don’t normally have romantic dreams but when I do they are about Mr.Payless
There is no harm in dreaming of others though! I don’t dream enough to really have variety in my fantasies 🙂
Dream Mr.Payless usually comes in pairs though 😉

I don’t have sexy dreams terribly often, but they have been with a variety of characters. Sometimes my Fiance. Sometimes an acquaintance. Sometimes someone from my past (most recently had one about an former HS teacher I used to fancy!).
I sometimes feel guilty when it’s about someone I currently know. Well, less guilt and more awkward. I know it’s normal though and not a big deal. Doesn’t bother me.

I do sometimes and I’m not a fan. Every once in a while I’ll have one about my ex, and I wake up feeling so shitty. I can’t remember the last sex dream I had that I actually enjoyed that didn’t involve SO.
But he is also the worst dream cheater! I have dreams about him cheating or otherwise being a jerk, and he has cheating dreams relatively frequently. He used to have a lot where I caught him in the dream, and he would sometimes wake up and just roll over and hug me tight. He says that they are there to always remind him to never fuck it up! Sometimes I’m curious about who it is, but then I realize I don’t want to ask just in case it’s someone in real life!

I sometimes have them about my ex and I usually feel a bit strange/guilty right after waking up but I forget about it quickly.

Sometimes. Totally random people too. I always feel guilty and try not to dream-cheat.
And then I wake up feeling guilty too. It sucks.
Wtf subconsious, wtf.
