It’s been appraised and added to our homeowner’s.

The insurance company which we have for our apartment through our homeowners/renters insurance covers my ring.  We just give them a call and let them know when we add any “large” personal items to it. AKA engagement ring and then our wedding bands!

Fiance still hasn’t gotten around to adding it to his homeowner’s insurance.  As soon as he comes home from his boys only camping trip I’m going to have him get it done.  I’m so paranoid when I’m doing things that may harm the ring.  I had to take it off last night at work because I was moving so much merchandise around the store I knew I would either loose the ring or get it caught on something.

FH added it to his homeowner’s insurance policy.

We added mine to our homeowners policy but to be honest, I don’t knoew what that covers.  Is that just if it gets stolen from my home or lost during a house fire or do those policies also cover me losing it outseid the house?

I suppose I should look into that.  I’m paranoid about losing mine b/c it’s pretty lose on my finger, but once I start wearing it with my wedding band it fits better.

We are buying cheap silver wedding bands to wear on our honeymoon.  We will spend a lot of time on the beach and I’m not comfortable wearing my rings on the beach or leaving them in a hotel room.

We got ring insurance on my e-ring a month or so after I got it.  We dont have insurance on our bands because the deductible would be more than it would cost just to get it fixed if something happened.
