We have a photo in our living room and our album on a coffee table – that will be there for a few months and get moved to somewhere less visibility.
We had a signature cocktail sign made with some really great line drawings that is on our bar.
we also have a line drawing of the entry way of our venue that’s part of an art wall.
its more subtle less this is our wedding but makes us smile

We have some sand from the beach we got married at in a little bowl. In there is also the shell which held our rings during the ceremony, a piece of lava (Hawaii), a coral and a shell with a pearl the officiant gave us. Behind it is the just Maui’d sign we used to announced our marriage on facebook. We have a bunch of pictures on our fridge. We will have our Ketubah framed and hung sometime, too.
And because someone mentioned it: we got our last names intitial letters as a gift so they also found a place (we have two last names)

catskillsinjune : lol, it may be the other two things but it’s not lack of light! They get a ton. They’ve been around 3 years now and had lots of babies. I’m sure you’re right about the soil though. I should just dig up some local dirt since I’m in the desert.

- Wedding: September 2012 - Southern California
We have one picture hanging in our hallway and one picture in our bedroom. Our “guestbook” are baseballs that we had our guests autograph. That is currently not hung, just becuase we don’t have a good place for it in our current apartment, but it doesn’t scream WEDDING at a glance so it’s something we’ll definitely display, likley in a den/office when we buy a house next year.

We have some frames picked out to hang pictures from the wedding, we’re just waiting for the final set from the photographer.
Our guestbook is a quilt that we have currently folded on our couch. I’ll curl up in if if I get cold(dh loves a cold house). I love the idea of displaying our cake topper in some way. It’s in a box in the garage, but it does have our names and wedding date on it…..
We also found a wedding album for $2 at the thriftstore. It is unused and I’ll definitely print pics and put them in the album next month.

Our guestbook is a shadow box with hearts that people signed, which is displayed on a high shelf with all our travel tchotchkes. We also have our ketubah and one of our wedding portraits matted and framed on the wall in our living room.

We have a corner display case with some various Knick knacks. Many from our wedding.
our engagement picture, the wedding ring box that the best woman held, our family Bible which was a wedding gift, flowers from my bouquet, a book with our last name folded into the pictures, our initials in light up letters, our cake topper, our guest book, the note in the bottle her proposed with. I love it!!!

No , nothing, but it was a long time ago. Not that we did when it was new either actually , unless it was something we used every day. Nothing that was just a wedding memorabilia item. I guess I am the unromantic exact opposite of pp above !

We have a little shelf with a photo of our wedding and a jar of rain that we collected on our wedding day. We also have our guest book (a fingerprint tree on a canvas) mounted on the wall above our bed.

Other than like 2 photos lol…
Our “guestbook” is currently on display on some shelving in our loungeroom – we had a monogrammed wooden box made and we placed a bottle of scotch inside, then had our guests write us notes that they tucked in around the bottle. We’ll open it on our 5 year anniversary and read all the notes then, and the box with the notes will be returned to its spot on the shelf.
We also have a little birdcage that served as our card box on the same shelving, but now it’s got some random little knickknacks in it. I think I’m the only person who realises it’s the same one we used at our wedding.
I do still have the cushion that our ringbearer used to carry our rings, as my grandmother made it. It’s not currently on display but I would like to put it out somewhere – she did a beautiful job and it just seems a shame to have it hidden away where no one can see it.

Some flowers from my bouquet sat on our fireplace. Our guest bench that everyone signed is part of our dining room furniture.

We have a shadow box someone gifted us that has the STD, invitations, garter, a couple pictures and flowers from my bouquet.
We have our guestbook globe on display.
I plan on doing some kind of canvas wall collage of wedding pics mixed with our favorite normal pics.

We have a couple of photos on display and the only other wedding related item we have displayed is our guest “book”, which was a hockey jersey with our last name. Our guests signed it and it’s in a big glass frame in our basement which has a sports theme. At first glance it doesn’t look wedding related and we’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it.
The coolest wedding item I’ve seen displayed is at my friend’s house. Her dad is a carpenter and he made a small end table out of wood and in the top her invitation is embossed (?) in the wood. It’s very rustic/shabby chic and at first I wasn’t sure what it was. It’s very hard to explain without a picture (sorry) but it’s very cool. They have it in their front hallway wih a small vase on it.

Right now, all we have out is our Willow Tree cake topper on a shelf. We just got married two months ago, I plan to have some of our favorite photos printed and framed soon.
