Osiria is from the hybridizing house of Kordes (Germany – 1978).  It’s not available in the cut flower trade, to my knowledge, though there may be a few wholesale growers in Central America.  It’s primarily a garden rose, grown by rose exhibitors. 

ETA: the photo shown by the OP is a Kordes publicity photo of their rose “Osiria”.

OP, when in doubt, ask your florist!  Almost any kind of flower is available at any time of the year, it just depends on your budget and whether you can afford the (sometimes) ridiculously high prices.
