Very pretty! Are you using a 24 hour lip color? The last photo your lipstick seems to have disappear. I love Maybeline’s as it tends to stick with me.

Very nice! I agree that you may need to apply a lip stain type of lipstick- Mac has long lasting ones too (cant remember now what theyre called)- and they last all day!

Also- did you do a cat kind of eyeliner or do the lashes go out really far? Something about the lashes I think goes out a little far on the left eye to the left, and the right eye to the right…do you know what I mean?

But overall you look amazing! Good job!

Your skin is fabulous, so foundation and whatever you used is lovely… glowing.  I’m with Evie19 about the lashes.  Definitely keep them, but you might need to trim the outer edge slightly to fit your eye.  I think the corner comes out and down a bit.  Other than that… gorgeousness!

Gorgeous!  I would trim the lashes as they seem to extend out just a little bit too far. Otherwise perfect!

I agree with the most part with PP about the lashes and a longer wear lip color. I also think you could use a bit more blush.

Technique-wise I like the eyeshadow, but I think a different color palette with it may flatter your eyes more. I think that plums/purples in a smokey eye tend to look gorgeous with brown eyes like yours!

Other than what pp have already mentioned (about lips & lashes) it’s perfect! 😉

@ChemistryBride: Good point! I think plum shades would work better than blue.

I love the eyes and the blush! I disagree with those who said to put more on -at the last wedding I went to the bride literally had a stripe of blush and had a definite what was I thinking moment when she saw pics! But I do agree that the lip color seems to of disappeared in the last pic, that’s the only reason I didn’t pick the first poll option,

You have really nice eyes but all I can see is that dark shadow. It doesn’t compliment your warm tones. I’d go for copper/gold/bronze on your eyes.

@KatyElle: I think she has cool tones but I could be wrong. It’s hard to tell on a computer screen. To me she looks a little warm because she’s wearing peach blush.

@irishbride2be: Does white gold look better on you, or yellow gold?

It looks like you have the same coloring as Catherine Zeta Jones. Just for fun you could find a picture you like of her and try to copy her look.

Copper/ gold and bronze tend to always work with brown eyes and are a safe bet (my everyday liner is copper).  If you have any gold at all in your eyes, then they would open them up nicely.  If, like my sisters, you are a deep, chocolate brown with fair skin, the plums would do the same as blue for “popping” the brown.  I chose plum for my wedding, but only b/c I have really warm skin and I wasn’t used to the contrast of the blue, and I wanted more drama than what I was wearing everyday. Are you using greys in your pic?  Computers are so bad at translating shades.

Agree that the grey is a bit too harsh but an awesome dark khaki green or copper would be amazeballs.  Your technique is great though!
