It’s been altered — the top was taken in, I had the train permanently French bustled, and it was shortened. But do you like my dress? I had a baby not too long ago and even though I lost a lot of weight, some complications with the pregnancy caused my midsection to still be really puffy and big so I really liked this dress because it actually makes me look like I have a thin middle again… but what do you think?
The color is messed up in these pics, it is a really pure white.
Also if anyone happens to know what kind of dress it is, I’d like to know. I totally forgot to find out and it’s not on my receipt (I bought it from a tiny business and it’s still out being cleaned and pressed right now.) I do know it’s discontinued.

@giraffetime: Rock on with your post-baby bod, love! I think you look smashing.
Though, I think the bustline is sitting too high? But I can’t really tell since your hands are blocking most of it. I would have that reduced an inch or two.

It was kind of “baggy” so it was kind of sitting “up and out” which is why it looks like that. I had it taken in. I didn’t think about getting it shortened at the top, my wedding’s next week so it’s a little late for that. Oops. I like that I don’t have to worry about my boobs popping out though, lol.

I like the dress ON you. I agree the bust looks a bit high but if you feel good and your wedding is next week then wear it. You will look amazing once your look is complete on your big day!

Stunning dress. It’s so elegant and flattering. I do think the bust is a tad high, but otherwise it’s perfect!
